All prospective service users are welcome to visit the home. The manager will undertake a full assessment of need prior to admission which the prospective service user, his/her representatives and relevant professionals have been party. For individuals referred through care management, the registered person will obtain a summary of the Care Management assessment and a copy of the care plan produced for care management purposes.
