All prospective service users are welcome to visit the home. The Manager will undertake a full assessment of need prior to admission which the prospective service users, his/her representatives and relevant professionals have been party. For individuals referred through care management, the Manager will obtain a summary of the Care Management Assessment and a copy of the care plan.

Fees will be agreed prior to admission and are payable monthly in advance and are reviewed every April. Some or all of these fees may be met by your local authority or health service. Fees include all care and accommodation, meals, heating and lighting, laundry, and most leisure activities. Fees do not include personal services such as hairdressing, aromatherapy, reflexology, chiropody and newspapers.
