The Home is
registered to provide permanent and respite care with accommodation for up to
48 service users over the age of 60.
We offer 24 hour nursing care by Registered Nurses for service users
who may be impaired by age or disease such as Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis,
Cerebral Vascular Accidents (strokes), Heart Conditions, Parkinson’s disease
and Cognitive Impairments. We
currently employ over 50 full and part time staff comprising of qualified nurses,
trained carers, catering and housekeeping/hotel staff as well as activity
coordinator, maintenance and administration staff. We use
locally sourced produce in our kitchen and the meals are prepared freshly
each day. There is a
full programme of activities daily and in addition we also offer regular
Music Therapy, Aromatherapy, Chiropody, Reflexology, and Reminiscence
Therapy. Member of
